Welcome to Heath Ferguson.Com!

I want to be the first to welcome you to heathferguson.com.  Heathferguson.com is the place to come to for interesting articles, recipes, reviews and commentary on life in general.  I hope this will become a website you will return to on a regular basis and will take the opportunity to add comments to any story or article you find on the site.

You’ll notice our tag line is Our World, Our Time.  The idea of this website is to create a place to discuss our world, politics, pop culture, food, entertainment, music, business, and anything else that may pop up. I have done many things in my life and have been employed as a records, information and privacy management consultant for the last 20 years working in both the private and public sectors. I am trained in Heritage Resource Management, Interior design, film, television and radio, bartending, recycling, business management, access to information, computers and cooking.  One of the amazing things about working as a consultant for so many years is that I was “an insider and an outsider” at the same time.  It gave me unprecedented access to all the documents and files in an organization or government department and this gave me an insight that few will ever have. It was an all-access pass to information that gives you a great all knowing, all seeing perspective. You see how a company works.  You see what works and what doesn’t. Which decisions are good and which ones were not quite as successful. It is an education you can never learn from sitting in a classroom.  All of these experiences have given me a unique view of the world and all things business and governmental. This brings me to the reason why this site was created, to give a venue for you and me to enter into a conversation. I wanted a place to give my thoughts and opinions, but I also wanted a place to start a conversation and if I made a little money on the side (though advertising), well that would just be the icing on the cake.

So I ask you to join the conversation and add your thoughts and if you have any ideas for future articles you’d like to see on the site let me know by clicking on the comments link below.

So in closing, I just want to say thanks again for visiting my site and joining in the conversation and please come back again soon!

Sincerely,

Heath Ferguson
